AB Serve Group, known as ARPAAN until 1st January 2017, is a facilitating holding company at the head of four business sectors and 400 employees across the world. With an international distribution, the common objective of its services is to support companies in every sector in their progress strategy.
Founded in 2004 by its President, André Bousser, AB Serve Group manages all the structures within the group and promotes their development.
Born from the creation in 1996 of a company dedicated to the management and processing of steel products and by-products, AB Serve Group has always been driven by a real culture of service.
From innovation to the acquisition of new know-how, through the development of partnerships and geographical deployment, each of the strategic choices of AB Serve Group's companies is born from a careful listening of the needs of the customer.
AB Serve Group now offers, through four dedicated units and their subsidiaries, a vast range of complementary services in sectors as varied as Quality and Industrial Logistics, Employment, Heavy Industry, Consultancy and Training.
History of the Group
Creation of Vaglio Services, a company specialising in the treatment and recycling of steel products
Vaglio Services diversifies and now offers its services in the quality and industrial logistics sector for the automotive industry.
Creation of VS Lux, which markets scrap metal and aggregates
Creation of the facilitating holding company under the name of ARPAAN
Vaglio Services and VS Lux become respectively AB Serve and AB Services
Creation of AB JOB 57, an employment agency with the object of meeting the requirements in human resources connected to the activities of the group
Opening of the first AB Serve branch in the Maghreb with the creation of AB Serve Maroc

Quality and industrial logistics
Description of services
Divided into two categories, on one side the quality and industrial logistics services from AB Serve Group cover a whole range of containment, compliance and metrology operations and on the other the services connected with physical and/or IT flows. Applied upstream or downstream of deliveries, the entirety of this range of services is intended to protect manufacturers from any quality incidents (customer complaints, returned products, downtime, etc.).
